Zubopact is a professional space for creators and brands. To maintain a safe environment, we strictly prohibit:

• Inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content in portfolios.
• Harassment or unprofessional communication via inquiries.
• Fraudulent representation of social media statistics.

While Zubopact facilitates the connection between brands and creators:

• Contracts and payment terms are negotiated directly between the brand and the creator.
• Zubopact is not responsible for payment disputes unless the transaction occurs through our verified escrow system.
• Creators must fulfill deliverables as agreed upon in the campaign inquiry.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and display your profile data (bio, images, and projects) to help you get hired. We do not sell your personal contact information to third parties.

The Admin team reserves the right to remove any project or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
